Description
Stellar example of a 1st Model (M1934/35) Luftwaffe Dagger (Fliegerdolch) by SMF of Solingen. This is a stellar set produced in aluminum, the dagger grip and fittings remain tight, the blade is immaculate, the Moroccan blue leather wrapped scabbard shows only slight storage wear but overall is in great shape with no dents. The makers mark for SMF Solingen is proudly displayed near the hilt with the Luftwaffe waffen acceptance stamp above. The grip still has the silver portepee knot attached as well. This is a very nice dagger that would be great for any collection!
