Refund policy

We work very hard to ensure our description and detailed photographs are accurate when offering an item. We offer a 7 day inspection period. If you are not satisfied you may return the item(s) for a full refund less postage and fees. If an item was held in layaway, an additional 20% restocking fee will be withheld. To make a return, please take the following steps:

If a buyer would like to do a return for full refund, Linda Mae Militaria must be notified via the contact page or by phone: 217-801-6211 within 7 days of receiving any item. If Linda Mae Militaria decides to accept a return after this 7 day grace period, the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The cleaning, disassembly, or tampering of the purchased item(s) will be void of the return policy.

There will be no refund on any item(s) not returned to Linda Mae Militaria. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the item(s) is delivered to Linda Mae Militaria in the same condition as originally received. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding shipping methods when returning the item(s).

Shipping policy

Any and all orders shipped overseas are the buyers responsibility when it leaves our hands. Most packages do not continue to track when it leaves the United States, buyers have the option to pay the difference for EMS shipping to make sure the package can be tracked no matter what. If the buyer does not do this then the package is their responsibility once we ship it out and provide the tracking information on our end. It is also the responsibility of the international purchaser to be aware of the laws of their country regarding the legality of receiving any item. Items seized by foreign government agencies/customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
