Description

In early 1963, the M72 LAW (light anti-tank weapon) was adopted by the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps as their primary individual infantry anti-tank weapon, replacing the M31 HEAT rifle grenade and the M20A1 “super bazooka” in the U.S. Army. It was subsequently adopted by the U.S. Air Force to serve in an anti-emplacement and anti-armor role in airbase defense. This weapon was widely used during the Vietnam War with ground troops. This example has amazing original OD green paint and instruction markings, the sliding tube still functions and locks in properly, the trigger, safety, and flip up black plastic and glass site is also functional. One side is market INERT and has the proper ATF compliant drilled holes. Overall this is a fantastic example that would be perfect to display with a mannequin, or simply on the wall.
