Known as (OWI Poster No. 76) this piece features an iconic and chilling image of a swastika-clad Nazi arm holding a K98 bayonet, which is stabbed through Holy Bible. Text at bottom reads “This Is The Enemy.” This is the smaller more displayable of the two sizes issued measuring 20″ x 28.5″ the bottom of the poster reads – OWI Poster- No. 76, Additional copies may be obtained upon request from the Division of Public Inquiries, office of War Information, Washington D.C., U.S. Government Printing Office: 1943-O-533688. Originally folded as issued, poster shows some light handling wear but the colors remain bold and the poster is very clean. If framed, this would display excellent!
