Description
Very uncommon Western Front Medal issued to Luftwaffe service men after the invasion of France. Produced in tombac, this non portable award reverse bears the declaration “Fur Treu Dienstleistungen im Bereich Des Feldluftgaukommandos Westfrankreich” (For True services in the field of Feldluftgaukommandos in Western France). The medal shows uncleansed patina, overall still very displayable and rarely encountered.
