Description
Recently found from a local veterans estate with our recent signed flag, this large flag is known as a “Going to War” flag. These were used in parades and events by the military, as well as civilian chapters. Great image showing both Army and Navy flags, the colors are very bright, and the top is still sewn together to be slipped over a pole. The bottom section with who this was dedicated to was cut off when liberated, unfortunately we do not know who carried this. Great displayable piece measuring at 26.5 inches wide, and 29 inches long, great piece!
