Absolutely KILLER field worn look on this one, the inside shows sweat stains, the outside shows fading from being in the elements/sun, overall not used and abused with a few small storage wear signs. This cap is produced in the early green course high quality wool material, the font of the cap has the sewn insignia consisting of a rare flatwire cockard/eagle with lime green piping indicating service in the very sought after Heer (Army) Panzer Grenadier. The eagle has great detail and blends in perfectly with the rest of the caps insignia as it should. This cap truly has the right amount of wear one would like to see on a period worn piece with no major damage or flaws.
