German Eastern Front Medal (Ostmedaille) with original packet of issue maker marked Fritz Zimmermann of Stutgart, medal ring is maker marked “6” for Zimmermann as well, complete with original period full length ribbon, These were awarded to military and civilian personnel who served on the Russian Front from November 15th, 1941 to April 15th, 1942.
