Description
Rare, early, and textbook single vertical Waffen-SS Totenkopf bullion embroidered collar tab for an NCO. This example is in good, as found condition showing light age to the skull but is otherwise in fantastic condition. This one was bought by me, straight from the veterans family recently. A textbook example that was never in a collection before, the position of the skull leads me to believe there was a company number on the bottom that was later removed as per the regulations as the SS continued to grow. The reverse shows signs of being glued to a piece of paper, more than likely a scrap book or photo album. Stellar piece of uniform removed SS insignia!
