Though it suffered from poor storage and some moth damage throughout, this is still a very attractive uniform. Very early m36 pattern feldbluse for an Officer serving in the 6th Infantry Regiment. This early uniform consisting of 4 pleated pockets and french cuffs, still has all of the original period sewn insignia attached. The white collar tabs showing service in the Infantry, the white shoulder-boards shows the rank of Oberleutnant (Senior Lieutenant) as well as a gold number 6. The one feature of this uniform is the amount of award loops, this man saw some serious service in both World Wars! Overall this uniform still displays very well on a mannequin, and though suffering from some poor storage wear, visually its still very attractive when displayed.
