Description
This is a very uncommon KVK1 “War Merit Cross 1st Class w/ Swords” marked “62” for the seldom seen firm of Kerbach & Österhalt from Dresden.This badge and case are without major damage or any repairs and display amazing together. The badge itself is an early variant produced in tombac and is uncleaned and has great overall patina. The case is also a great example of the earlier types and is also in great condition with only a slight corner having any type of separation.
