Fantastic time capsule recently found by a good friend of mine in Chicago, all these items were pulled directly from the veterans estate. This lot consists of a 1945 dated drawing of the U.S soldier, his dog tag and other awards and patches, and a pile of German medals and insignia he brought home. This man was a member of the 28th Infantry Division aka “The Bloody Bucket.” I have not had a chance to do much research on this man, but the dog tag should be a great start. This set displays wonderfully together and every piece of German items are 100% original!
