Description
Rare set of period worn and later removed shoulderboards as worn by a Sturmbannführer (Major) in the Waffen-SS. Black fine doe skin wool bases with dark blue rayon piping as worn by Medical troops. This set shows clear signs of being worn during the war and later removed from a uniform. These medical types are far more uncommon to encounter than most SS shoulderboards. Very nice honest set of SS insignia that was worn during the war!
