Marine-HJ/DJ Sleeve Rank Insignia w/ RZM Paper Tag

On September 30th 1938 Reichsjugendführer Baldur von Schirach introduced new revised sleeve rank insignia for both the Marine-HJ (Hitler Youth) and the DJ (Deutsches Jungvolk). The insignia for both groups was identical but represented different ranks within each group.

Worn on the upper right sleeve rank for a Marine-HJ “Oberrottenführer,” or a DJ “Oberhordenführer,” comprised of a very dark navy blue wool disk, upon which is machine embroidered in silver-grey threads, dual “V” chevrons. Reverse has the original  RZM tag still attatched.
