Description
Very nice example of an early Heer (Army) breast eagle as worn by EM/NCO. This type of eagle would have been privately purchased by someone wanting a better looking uniform. The green wool has gotten wet from the elements, bleeding into the white stitching. Giving this eagle almost a bluish hue. Great looking piece of period worn insignia.
