Untouched Waffen-SS “DOT 44” Camouflage Tunic – (Period Worn)

Categories: ,

Amazing example of a combat worn Waffen-SS Camouflage Tunic produced in HBT cotton with the Erbsenmuster camo pattern, also refered to as “Dot 44” or “Pea Dot” in the collector community. The left sleeve has the original period sewn SS sleeve eagle. The jacket shows some amazing period wear with worn edges, light areas from movement, mud stains as well as what appears to be some blood spots neat the cuffs. The inside edge of the jacket shows the size markings with the manufacture marking “0/0793/0101” this would be for (Textil und Bekleidungswerke GmbH Becker)

These jackets typically when found are unissued and from hoard finds. These examples that were period worn are very uncommon and very sought after. This set is textbook in every way and would make a fantastic addition to any serious collectors collection.
