U.S Army Air Force Display w/ A-11 Flight Cap, B-8 Goggles, and A-14 Oxygen Mask w/ Box

Categories: ,

Mint example of a USAAF A-11 Flight Helmet with R-14 headset receivers with original wiring, as worn by U.S. Army Air Force pilots and flight crew members during World War 2. No major damage or repairs, clear signs of being period worn. The exterior crown is nicely stamped with the USAAF marking. The inside shows the manufacture tag as well as the size, and model number. The cap has an attached A-14 oxygen mask, and a great looking pair of polarized B-8 flying goggles w/ orange tint lens. The extra feature is all of these items were found inside the original oxygen mask box, the top lid has come detached, but regardless its still sturdy and looks great sitting next to the display. This set displays well and includes the mannequin head, truly an amazing complete set ready for your display case!

Note – This set is one of many items coming available from a large World War 2 era USAAF collection I recently purchased. The custom made display heads are as they were displayed in the original collection and really stand out with the displays being offered.
