Very nice pre war K98 bayonet set with the original frog and NCO knot. In very good condition overall. The blade still retains lots of its genuine blue steel coating. Maker marked near the grip (Gebr. Heller) for the company Gebr.Heller, Marienthal, “37” stamp to the spine indicating production in the year 1937. This set also has matching serial numbers of (9935 d) both on the scabbard and the blade. Beautiful K98 bayonet set with desirable bakelite grips, original frog, NCO knot, and matching numbers…VERY hard to find in this type of set up.
