I recently pulled this fantastic Heer (Army) uniform removed Krim Campaign Shield directly from the veteran who brought it back. Purchased locally from Sgt. William Archibald of the 503rd Military Police Company of the 3rd Armored Division. He claims to have taken this from the first German soldier he was required to oversee after his first taste of combat. Showing clear signs of being period worn and removed from a uniform. This could be cleaned up but I thought the untouched way it looked was great! Very hard to find these unmolested German awards that guaranteed have never been in a collection before, textbook example that displays wonderfully.
