Just an absolutely amazing example of an early 1937 dated aluminum pebbled combat buckle as worn by EM/NCO. This buckle really is something, showing very sharp details, no damage, and a very uncommon amount of the original green paint remaining. The leather tab is still attached showing the makers mark for (Earnst Schneider, Lüdenscheid), as well as the 1937 date. Typically when these early aluminum buckles are encountered, the paint is almost always missing. This is very rare to encounter these types with this amount of original green paint!
